Questions
- What counts as an export minute?
- The length of the video you export. A 90-second reel uses 1.5 minutes. Effects that make a new copy of a clip (reverse, slow motion, stabilising, background removal, upscaling) count the length of the part they process.
- What's an agent request?
- One message to the agent, however many edits it makes. Answering one of its questions counts as a message too.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- Nothing is deleted and you can keep editing. New exports or agent requests can't start until your allowance resets next month, or until you upgrade.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from Plan & usage in the app.
- Where does my footage go?
- Your video and voice are analysed on our own servers, and voice recordings are deleted once they're transcribed. The agent's planning model receives a text description of your project, never the video itself.
